These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Sonorous Scientific LLC, doing business as NORYN (“NORYN,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all related pages, content, text, graphics, images, brand materials, product information, forms, features, and communications made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and Age Restriction
This Site is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that your access to the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site at any time, for any lawful reason, including suspected underage access or unlawful use.
2. Cannabis Compliance Notice
NORYN is a cannabis-related brand operated by Sonorous Scientific LLC in connection with lawful business activity. This Site is intended to comply with applicable Montana law governing electronic advertising and cannabis-related communications. Montana permits certain electronic advertising, including websites and web applications, but prohibits cannabis advertising that is false or misleading, promotes overconsumption, depicts actual consumption, depicts a person under 21 years of age consuming marijuana, makes health, therapeutic, or medicinal claims, or is designed in a way likely to appeal to minors. Montana also prohibits marijuana advertising through pop-up ads in a new browser window and restricts push notifications to users who have affirmatively opted in.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, solicit, distribute, or provide cannabis products where prohibited by law. Product availability may vary by jurisdiction, retailer, inventory, and regulatory status.
3. No Medical Advice or Health Claims
The content on this Site is provided for general informational, educational, and brand presentation purposes only. No statement on this Site is intended as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, or as a health, therapeutic, or medicinal claim regarding marijuana or marijuana-related products. Montana law specifically bars marijuana advertising that makes health, therapeutic, or medicinal claims.

4. Responsible Use
Cannabis products may be intoxicating. Do not drive or operate machinery under the influence. Keep all cannabis products out of reach of children and pets. Use cannabis responsibly and only as permitted by applicable law. Nothing on this Site is intended to encourage unlawful use or overconsumption.
5. Ownership of the Site and Intellectual Property
The Site and all content and materials on it are owned by Sonorous Scientific LLC and/or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, trade dress, unfair competition, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, without limitation, all rights in and to:
NORYN and any related brand names, product names, slogans, and taglines;
logos, stylized marks, symbols, icons, and visual brand elements;
packaging designs, canister configurations, label layouts, trade dress, and visual presentation;
website copy, text, product descriptions, graphics, photography, video, and design elements;
the overall look, feel, arrangement, and presentation of the Site.
No right, title, or interest in any content or intellectual property is transferred to you by your access to or use of the Site.
6. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Sonorous Scientific LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use.
Except with our prior written consent, you may not:
copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any Site content;
use our name, logos, packaging presentation, trade dress, product names, or branding;
modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Site or its content;
scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, harvest, mine, or index the Site or its data;
use any Site material for competitive purposes;
use Site content, product descriptions, images, or branding to train artificial intelligence systems, create datasets, or build prompt libraries;
imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with NORYN without our written permission.
7. Trademark and Brand Protection
“NORYN,” and all associated trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, product names, packaging designs, label structures, visual brand systems, and trade dress are proprietary assets of Sonorous Scientific LLC and/or its licensors. Unauthorized use of our branding, packaging presentation, visual identity, product naming conventions, or confusingly similar brand elements is strictly prohibited.
We reserve all rights to challenge any use that infringes, dilutes, misappropriates, imitates, or unfairly trades on the goodwill of the NORYN brand.
8. Accuracy of Information
We strive to present accurate information on the Site, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Product descriptions, ingredients, compliance language, design features, packaging, availability, release timing, and retailer placement may change without notice.
Your use of the Site and reliance on any Site content is at your own risk.
9. Product Availability and Third Parties
References to products on this Site do not guarantee availability at any specific retailer, dispensary, or location. Availability may depend on batch release timing, regulatory approval, inventory, and retailer participation.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, retailers, menus, social media platforms, maps, analytics services, or other tools not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, terms, or conduct of any third party.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating information;

If you submit messages, forms, suggestions, feedback, reviews, photos, testimonials, applications, or other materials to us (“Submissions”), you grant Sonorous Scientific LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, modify, distribute, and otherwise use those Submissions for lawful business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide the Submissions and that they do not violate any law or third-party right.
12. Promotional Communications
If you opt in to receive email, SMS, or other promotional communications from us, you consent to receive those communications in accordance with your preferences and applicable law. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe method provided.
Montana law restricts marijuana-related push notifications to users who have affirmatively opted in to receiving them.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, FEATURES, AND COMMUNICATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONOROUS SCIENTIFIC LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, defects, or harmful code.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONOROUS SCIENTIFIC LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SUCCESSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SONOROUS SCIENTIFIC LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED US $100.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sonorous Scientific LLC, its affiliates, owners, members, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your Submissions, or your misuse of our content, brand assets, or intellectual property.
16. Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Site, misuse of proprietary materials, or infringement of Sonorous Scientific LLC’s intellectual property may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Accordingly, we may seek injunctive or equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
